Privacy, simply.

BidWinNow is an independent procurement-intelligence pilot. If you register interest, we store your company name, business email, service area, primary service, consent and submission time so we can respond about the launch.

The site and pilot requests are hosted with Cloudflare. Requests are stored in private account storage and are not displayed publicly. Hosting infrastructure may process network metadata, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Application code does not add IP addresses to pilot records.

The bid board saves your selected state and saved notice IDs in this browser’s local storage. Clear site data to remove these preferences. These are not uploaded to our account. We do not use advertising trackers, sell pilot-interest details, or enroll you in a recurring mailing list through this form. Please do not submit confidential procurement documents or sensitive personal information.

Pilot-interest records expire after 90 days. You can decline further contact by replying to a pilot email. For questions or privacy requests, contact hello@bidwinnow.com. Automated email confirmations are not sent.
